Here is the full summer PointBreaks list for May 26 – July 31, 2015. But know that the full list isn’t actually bookable until May 26th. I’ll put the full list below plus the map.
PointBreaks is a list of hotels discounted to 5,000 points a night (normally 10,000 to 50,000 points). In a roundabout way you can buy the points for $35 although we do much better via promotions. If you want to learn more about the promotion read An Introduction to PointBreaks.
This list is really USA heavy and a little light elsewhere. But I would say it’s a very normal quality level of a list. Unfortunately, there’s only one InterContinental on the list.
Personally, there are one or two hotels in towns I would be going to anyways. The one tempting me to change the plans (which I won’t) is Vietnam. I’ve never been to Hanoi, and I’d love to road trip down the cost (Crowne Plaza West Hanoi and the InterContinental Nha Trang). There are a lot of options in the US, which is a plus for a lot of people.
IHG did away with the “IHG Community” and started up a blog to announce things like the list. Oddly enough, they too added a map (which I’ll include at the end).

It seems that the actual PB list is different from the prediction. Here is the link showing a list of participating properties and for instance Asian region has only Japan and China on the PB list. https://www.ihg.com/hotels/us/en/global/redeem-rewards/pointbreaks
Those are the current ones left over still. They’ll be gone on the 26th.
How can some of the places be booked already before 5/26?
They can’t. Have to wait until Monday.
Vietnam is amazing, but Nha Trang itself is kinda of a trashy crap hole. Tons of Russians, food is so-so, the temples are meh, and the beach is reminiscent of Daytona. You’re not missing much by skipping it.
That being said, doing a Hanoi – Saigon roadtrip would be awesome. I’d just prefer to stop in Hue or Hoi Anh instead.
So what you’re saying is that I shouldn’t travel from Daytona to visit there? 🙂
Saw the list when it came out, but was spending a lot of time figuring out where this and that property were located. Found myself thinking a Macumber graphic would be a great help, yet didn’t think to look….. et le voila! Thanks, much Drew. Will remember to look here even sooner, next time.

Are these available to book at 12:01 am, on May 26? For the expected high demand hotels, how long would you expect any availability?
@CanadianPilgrim Lhasa sold out in 2 minutes, literally. But nothing spectacular like that at all on this list.
@Brian, I had the same question. It’s either the prediction is wrong or ihg will announce the full list on Monday, i reckon..
