Cost Breakdown of 18 Days in Albania

Drew’s Guide To Full-Time Travel

I've written a lot about our personal experiences of full-time travel, but when thinking about what my strategy would be today, I realized that, of all the "guides" I've written, I've never written one for full-time travel specifically.

For years we traveled full-time and publicly published our expenses, adding monthly and yearly recaps as well.

Some old examples are "Breaking Down A Year's Worth of Stats" and a slightly more recent "Breaking Down The Cost of Living in Luxury Hotels".

Asiana Award Chart

Asiana Airlines Miles Award Chart

While making the List Of Airline Miles Stopover Rules, we decided to make another award chart, this time an Asiana Airlines Award Chart.

List Of Airline Miles Stopover Rules

I first posted a "list of stopover rules" 6 or 7 years ago, and recently realized how out of date the list was (it included US Airways).

Today I'm posting an updated list, but below I also include more details from the terms and conditions.

(Note that this is completely different that the List of Round The World Tickets with Miles, and ANA is the only RTW ticket I'll include).

The other thing I try to do in this updated list of stopover and open-jaw rules, is to only source my information directly from the airline programs (or my own testing/research).

A Data-Driven Look At Delta SkyMiles

A Data-Driven Look At Delta SkyMiles

In the process of making the Delta Miles Calculator and Delta Miles Award Chart, I learned a lot about Delta and their program.

I thought it would be great to do a post on data and stats that went into creating the Calculator and Award Chart. How often are awards available? Which types of awards have availability? How do the award prices compare to another program, like AA? What are my observations while making the tools?

Once again, this is a data-driven look at these questions and this time at the Delta Miles program in general.

My friend Seth is sincerely among the nicest people on earth. However, he's a terrible travel companion.

Unbeknownst to him, I took photographic evidence to prove just how bad Seth is. It seems to be correlated with transit itself. Otherwise, he's a great travel buddy, up for an adventure...

But as you'll see, when it comes to transit, he's a bore.
